General Information: All our deliveries are conducted with utmost care for safety. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise specified. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is used to avoid any issues with delivery.
Address and Order Changes: Once a purchase is completed, we are unable to make changes to addresses or orders due to our partnerships and third-party extensions.

Dispatch Time: We strive to dispatch items promptly upon order receipt, typically within 1-2 working days. Please note that delays in delivery are occasionally unavoidable, especially when using large postal carriers.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are as follows:
- $8.99 for most metro areas, which may vary based on location.
- Free shipping for orders exceeding $100. Our free shipping offer applies to metro in NSW, VIC and Brisbane, to a residential or business address deemed safe by the courier. If the delivery address is deemed unsafe, a card will be left, and a 'carded freight' fee will be incurred.
Carded Deliveries: If you receive a card indicating a delivery attempt, please ensure prompt collection to avoid additional shipping charges.
Rural, Regional: Rural regions are not qualified for our free postage structure due to increased shipping costs.

Express Deliveries:
- Next working day for orders placed before 10AM Sydney time.
- WA and TAS: 3-4 working days.
Standard Deliveries:
- NSW, VIC, SA, QLD: 3-6 working days.
- WA: 15+ working days.
- NT, TAS: 3-6 working days.
- Regional and rural areas: 7-15 working days.
International Destinations:
We can ship most products to international destinations. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Returns Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled in the event of a change of mind.
Kindly be advised that we adhere to a strict policy of non-refundable and non-exchangeable items, except in cases where they do not meet acceptable merchantable conditions (e.g., faulty or damaged upon receipt). Should you require an exchange due to such circumstances, please contact us via email at info@islamicbookstore.com.au, providing your order number and specific details regarding the product you wish to return. Please note that all claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery without exception.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. Please note that we only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.
