Shipping, Delivery and Insurance
The Islamic Bookstore has partnered with the corporate division of Australia Post, eParcel. eParcel strives for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia. The Islamic Bookstore can deliver your products to your home, work or PO box addresses, as well as to rural and regional areas within Australia.
All products require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox. You can then take the notice to your local post office to collect your product. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your product from the post office.
Please allow 10 working days for Australia Post to deliver, once payment has been received
The good news is that ALL parcels have full transit insurance, so if a product gets mislaid or damaged in transit, you will receive a replacement.
Customers have the option to choose between courier or postal delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon completion of the address fields and after the choosing the method of delivery.
Orders to be delivered within Australia may take between one and seven days depending on the method of delivery and the area of delivery.
Delivery to countries outside of Australia may take between seven to ten working days to countries within the Asia Pacific. Deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 21 days.
In the event that a product a customer has ordered is out of stock or where the product may not be delivered within the specified period, an email will be forwarded to customer's email address within five working days advising them of the situation.
